  1. To the many many citizens of Sacramento County who lined the route to Kevin and Joe's final resting place I say thank you. The love and respect all of you showed for Kevin and Joe will not be forgotten and reminded me why I chose to become a member of the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department. Again, I say thank you.
