The Sacramento Sheriff K9 Association is a non-profit, tax-exempt public charity which is recognized under 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
All donations to our association go to directly helping active and returned K9s who serve your community.

How your donations help
The Sacramento Sheriff K9 Association was originally founded to assist handlers purchasing canines for the unit when the handlers had to provide their own dogs for the detail. Today, the department has the means to cover the purchasing of canines, so our donations can be used in many other ways to benefit the canines and our team as a whole.
